2. Proposed Executive Session to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA.

2.2. Acknowledge board's return to open session.

2.3. Executive session compliance announcement.

3. Vote to accept, reject or amend the recommendation of the administration with regard to the suspension of minor student A.
