VII.E. The Noble Board of Education recognizes the importance of recruiting and retaining employees during the 2021-2022 school year. Due to the efforts of staff at all levels, Noble Public Schools have been able to provide a full program of in-person and virtual learning to students and families. In recognition of the risk to personal health and the exceptional work to prioritize needs of students performed by all employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, we recommend that the Noble Board of Education provide a payment of a one-time, non-recurring, COVID-19 stipend as follows:
The amount of $600 to all full-time employees, employed as of January 1, 2022; a $300 stipend to all part time employees and or any employee hired after January 1, 2022; that are employed on April 15, 2022, except for the superintendent of schools. Payment will be electronically deposited on April 15, 2022. |
