Consideration and action upon a Resolution of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 40 of Cleveland County, Oklahoma (Noble Public Schools) (the "School District" or "District"), authorizing the Superintendent Frank Solomon, and School District Attorney Blake Virgin, to contact and discuss a financing with the Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority and the issuance of lease revenue bonds in regard to the District's 2017 bond issue.
