5.L. Discussion and possible action to approve, disapprove or table the  Service Agreement with NextPhase Roofing & Construction to replace all hail damaged roofing in the District

Consider and possible vote to go into Executive Session to:

• Discuss the employment, resignation, or termination of support and certified staff as listed in Appendix A,  pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1)
• Discuss the appointment of an individual and/or interview candidates for vacant school board seat #1, pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) and 70 O.S. Section 5-118
• Conduct the Superintendent's evaluation, pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)
