Principal, and Angela Rhoades, Superintendent, with 2 signatures required.

5.F. Discussion and possible action to approve, disapprove or table the recommendation from Mrs. Meyer to surplus the laminator machine at Carrier Elementary and remove it from the District's inventory

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Consider and possible vote to go into Executive Session to:

• discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, or resignation of support and certified staff as listed in Appendix A, pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1)
• to conduct the Superintendent's evaluation, pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1)
• discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7)
• discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7)
