Call the Meeting to Order

Statement of procedures to be read by the Board President.

Opening statement by Superintendent, or his designee or representative. [Limited to 10 minutes.]

Opening statement by employee, or his designee or representative. [Limited to 10 minutes.]

Presentation of Superintendent’s witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by employee, or employee’s designee or representative and questions by Board Members.

Presentation of employee’s witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Superintendent, or the Superintendent’s designee or representative and questions by Board members.

Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal witnesses and evidence as necessary.

Closing argument by employee, or his designee or representative. [Limited to 5 minutes.]

Closing argument by Superintendent, or his designee or representative. [Limited to 5 minutes.]

Proposed Executive Session to deliberate on the dismissal of Vladimir Kopytin as authorized by Title 25 O.S. (2011) 307(B)(1) and (B)(7) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Executive Session is for Board Of Education Members only.

Vote to convene into Executive Session

Statement of Executive Session Minutes

Motion and vote to adopt findings of fact and to dismiss or not to dismiss Vladimir Kopytin from his employment with the Sapulpa School District as to his position as a support employee or take such other disciplinary action, as allowed by law, that the Board deems necessary and appropriate.

Motion and vote on motion to accept any employee resignations that have been submitted since the last Board of Education Meeting. (The Board of Education reserves the right, pursuant to Title 25, O.S. (2011), 307 (B)(1) and (B)(7), to vote to go into Executive Session to discuss any tendered resignation. If the Board does go into Executive Session, it will then follow items X.A.,X.B.,X.C.)
