Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorneys concerning Tracy Gibson, on behalf of minor child, K.T.R. v. Independent School District No. 33 of Creek County, Oklahoma, a/k/a Sapulpa Public Schools, United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Case No. 15-CV-426, the board having been advised by its attorneys that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the board to conduct the pending litigation and mediation/arbitration, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4); and to discuss employment of teachers, maintenance assistant, coaches, cafeteria helper, elementary principal, interim elementary/secondary administrative positions and resignations received as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.
