4. Board to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.

5. Motion, second, discussion and vote to go into executive session, for the purpose of discussing the following items pursuant to O.S. Title 25, Sections 307 (B) (1)

5.b. Discussion and possible employment of Kindergarten teacher for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year.
