V.d. Quilting Thru the Generations Quilt Show Sponsored by the Wichita Mountains Quilt Guild- The CVB Advisory Council has chosen to table this funding request until after they send their After Action Report to Chamber staff.

V.e. Red River Craft Beer Festival- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $1,500 to be paid out of the Coliseum budget to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 300 local participants, 100 regional participants, and 100 out of state participants. The event is expecting 10 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $2,400 for this event. The Red River Craft Beer Festival will take place on April 26th, 2025.

Western Swing Music Society of the Southwest Annual Hall of Fame Induction Dance and Jam- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $3,900 to be paid out of the Coliseum budget to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 94 local participants, 104 regional participants, and 183 out of state participants. The event is expecting 400 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $6,300 for this event. The Western Swing Music Society of the Southwest Annual Hall of Fame Induction Dance and Jam will take place from July 9th-July 12th, 2025.

V.g. Armed Forces Day Bull Ride Military Cowboy Reunion- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $5,000 to be paid out of the special events budget. The event is expecting 11,000 local participants, 500 regional participants, and 100 out of state participants. The event is expecting 100 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $3,800 for this event. The Armed Forces Day Bull Ride Military Cowboy Reunion will take place on May 17th, 2025.

VI.a. Consider removing John Michael Montgomery and Dustin Hilliary from the Chamber financial accounts and consider adding Vincent Saylor and Michael Towe to the chamber accounts

VI.b. Consider approving and ratifying the hiring committee consisting of Austin Rabon, Vincent Saylor, Scott Hatch, Bridget Randle, Hossein Moini, and Colby Clodfelter, and authorizing the hiring committee to select and present to the board its candidate in any manner the hiring committee sees fit.
