The event is expecting 19 local participants, 55 regional participants, and 1 out of state participant. The event is expecting 150 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $11,100 for this event. Native Alliance Against Violence Annual Tribal Summit will take place March 26th- 27th 2025.

IV.g. SWOCC Corvette Kickoff Classic– The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $3,500 to be paid out of Special events to the Apache Casino Hotel. The event is expecting 200 local participants, 75 regional participants, and 100 out of state participants. The event is expecting 142 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $10,508 for this event. SWOCC Corvette Kickoff Classic will take place from April 11th-13th 2025.

IV.h. Comanche County Basketball Tournament– The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $1,200 to be out of the Coliseum to the Coliseum. The event is expecting 4000 local participants, 250 regional participants, and 0 Out of state participants. The event is expecting 0 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $0 for this event. The Comanche County Basketball Tournament will take place from January 20th-25th 2025.
