V.c. RSVP Veteran Recognition Banquet – The CVB Advisory Council has rejected this request for funding and instead recommended the Chamber to consider sponsoring the event. The event is expecting 120 local participants and 1 regional participant. The event is expecting 0 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $800 for this event. The RSVP Veteran Recognition Banquet will take place on November 15^th, 2024.
 

V.d. Tribal 988 Mental Health Summit – The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding up to the amount of $3,800 to be paid out of Special events to the Apache Casino Hotel. The event is expecting 150 local participants, 125 regional participants, and 25 out of state participants. The event is expecting 150 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of 3,800 for this event. The Tribal 988 Mental Health Summit will take place from November 19^th-20^th, 2024.
 

V.e. Oklahoma Lions Annual District 3SW Convention – The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $1,500 to be out of the Coliseum to the FISTA. The event is expecting 50 local participants, 70 regional participants, and 10 Out of state participants. The event is expecting 75 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $3,050 for this event. The Oklahoma Lions Annual District 3SW Convention will take place from March 7^th-8^th, 2025.
