V.d. Set Free Praise Dance Conference- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $900 to be paid out of Special Events made payable to the Hilton Garden Inn. The event is expecting 50 local participants, 40 regional participants, and 10 out-of-state participants. The funding formula showed a value of $900 for this event. The Set Free Praise Dance Conference will take place from August 16-17, 2024.

V.e. Grand National Horsemen Association- The CVB Advisory Council has decided to table the Grand National Horsemen Association request for funding, requesting that they turn in a Post Event Report. The Grand National Horsemen Association National Finals will take place from July 22-29, 2024.

V.f. Native Naturals- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended approving funding in the amount of $1,590 to be paid out of Special Events made payable to the McMahon Memorial Auditorium. The event is expecting 110 local participants, 40 regional participants, and 30 out-of-state participants. The event is expecting 29 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $1,590 for this event. The Native Naturals event will take place on June 8, 2024.

Consider authorizing an agreement between Ascensus and Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce to establish a pooled employer retirement plan, and to authorize expenditures necessary for the enrollment of the chamber of commerce in the pooled retirement plan. Expenditures are not to exceed the cost of $4500.

VI.b. Consider adopting a position of support by the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce for the 2024 Lawton CIP extension program and authorize an expenditure of up to $15,000 in support of the campaign for the extension of the 2024 Lawton CIP Program.
