V.a. Consider acceptance of the March 6, 2023 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes.

V.d. d. Annual KCA Indian Veteran Pow Wow- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended to approve funding in the amount of $1,300 with a contingency of additional $10 per trackable room nights booked up to $2,200 and to be paid out of Coliseum. The event is expecting 500 local participants, 250 regional participants, and 75 out of state participants. The event is expecting 225 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $3,550 for this event.  The Annual KCA Indian Veteran Pow Wow is scheduled for May 19-21, 2023.

e. Oklahoma Marine Corps League State Conference- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended to approve funding in the amount of $1,850 to be paid out of Special Events. The event is expecting 25 local participants, 20 regional participants, and 2 out of state participants. The event is expecting 105 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $1,850 for this event.  The Oklahoma Marine Corps League State Conference is scheduled for June 8-10, 2023.

f. Native Naturals- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended to approve funding in the amount of $1,550 to be paid out of Special Events. The event is expecting 100 local participants, 60 regional participants, and 20 out of state participants. The event is expecting 25 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $1,550 for this event.  The Native Naturals is scheduled for June 10, 2023.

g. Arts for All- the CVB Advisory Council has recommended to approve funding in the amount of $5,000 to be paid out of Special Events. The event is expecting 23,000 local participants, 4,700 regional participants, and 500 out of state participants. The event is expecting 50 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $5,000 for this event. The Arts for All is scheduled for May 12-14, 2023.

h. IITIO International Conference Proposal- The CVB Advisory Council has recommended to approve funding in the amount of $7,500 to be paid out of Special Events. The event is expecting 300 participants and is expecting 490 room nights. The funding formula showed a value of $7,200 for this event. The IITIO International Conference is scheduled for Spring 2024.

i. Fire Chiefs Association Conference - President's approval funding $5,800 to be paid out of Special Events. The event is expecting 200 participants and 400 room nights. The Fire Chiefs Association Conference is scheduled for April 12 - 14, 2023.
