(Action) Proposed executive session to discuss the evaluation of and contract for the Superintendent . 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) Executive Session Will Be Permitted for the Purpose of Discussing Employment, Hiring, Appointing, Promotion, Demoting, Disciplining, or receiving the Resignation of an Employee.
