1. Call meeting to order and recording of members present and absent.

2. Public comment.

3. Review and vote on General Fund purchase orders 262-265 and all change orders
|
|
4. Proposed executive session to accept any or all resignations from staff, offer a contract to a Certified Personnel. After discussion, the board will return to open session and vote on their decision. Title 25 O.S. Section 307(B) (1), and the Grandfield Board of Education Policies Manual (BEC).

5. Vote to convene in executive session

6. Acknowledge the board’s return to open session.

7. Statement of executive session.

8. Vote to approve a temporary teaching contract for a teacher with GPS as recommended by Superintendent, David Stout.
