1. Call meeting to order and recording of members present and absent.

2. Proposed executive session to accept any or all resignations from staff. After discussion, the board will return to open session and vote on their decision. Title 25 O.S. Section 307(B) (1), and the Grandfield Board of Education Policies Manual (BEC).

3. Vote to convene into executive session.

4. Acknowledge the board’s return to open session.

5. Statement of executive session.

6. Vote to offer a temporary teaching/coaching contract per the recommendation of the Superintendent, David Stout.
