1. Call meeting to order.

2. Roll call.

3. Consent Agenda: All of the following items, which concern report or items of a routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one board vote, unless any Board Member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

5. Approve/disapprove to close the current savings account for the Faculty Scholarship and open a new account properly as an organization, designating Amy Loggins, Brandy Venable, and Ead Simon as signers to deposit and withdraw money. 

6. Approve/disapprove Board Policy Book for the 2026-27 school year.

6.a. Amendment to Transfer policy FE.

7. Approve/disapprove the Alex Public School Handbook for the 2026-27 school year.

8. Approve/disapprove bus routes for the 2026-27 school year.
 

9. Approve/disapprove Cooperative Math and Science agreement to participate in mathematic courses agreement between CVTECH and Alex Schools for the 2026-27 school year.

10. Approve/disapprove the Fundraisers for the 2026-27 school year.

11. Approve/disapprove season passes & gate passes for the 2026-27 school year.

12. Approve/disapprove reimbursements for the administrative employees CCOSA membership dues as defined in contract for the 2026-27 school year.

13. Approve/disapprove back-to-school stipend for August 2026.
