Call to Order

Roll Call

Conduct a hearing on the Superintendent’s recommended termination of Kelly Jenkins using the following order of procedure:

A.  The Board President will convene the hearing and state the purpose of the hearing.
B.  Opening statements by the parties.
C.  Presentation of Superintendent’s evidence and testimony followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Kelly Jenkins or her representative.
D.  Questions by Board Members.
E.  Presentation of Kelly Jenkins's evidence and testimony followed by cross-examining witnesses by the Superintendent or his representative.
F.  Questions by Board Members.
G.  Closing argument by Superintendent or his representative. 
H.  Closing argument by Kelly Jenkins or her representative.

Discussion and vote on a motion to convene in executive session to discuss the recommended termination of Kelly Jenkins, pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1).

Discussion and vote on a motion to reconvene in open session.

Announcement of minutes of executive session.
 

Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove findings of fact with respect to the recommended termination of Kelly Jenkins.

Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove the recommended termination of Kelly Jenkins.

Discussion and vote on motion to instruct the Superintendent to notify Kelly Jenkins of the Board’s decision including the basis of the decision and the findings of fact by certified mail, return receipt requested.

Discussion and vote on any resignations received.
