Discussion and vote to convene in executive session to review the August 7, 2023, appeal by Kelly Jenkins of the decision of the Grievance Review Committee per policy DAAB-P, and to have confidential communications with the Board’s attorney about a pending claim, matter or investigation, upon the advice of the Board’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board to process or respond to the claim, matter or investigation, in the public interest. 25 O.S. 307(B)(1) and (B)(4).
