As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Educaton of Independent School District No. 1, Comanche County, Oklahoma, will hold a SPECIAL meeting on the 8th day of March, 2017, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the Administration Building, Cache Public Schools, 102 East H Ave, Cache, Oklahoma.

3. Board to take action on the employment of Stephen H. McDonald & Accociates, Inc., as Financial Consultant to the School District.

4. Board to consider and take action on separate resolutions authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.

5. Adjournment.
