However, upon request by any Board member, any one or more matters will be removed from the consent docket and acted upon separately. Contracts are approved subject to review by the District’s legal counsel. Any or all of the public record items included within the consent docket, i.e., minutes to be submitted for approval; purchase orders to be submitted for acceptance; purchase request for approval; financial report; proposed transfer of funds between activity accounts; and fund raising event listing, may be examined at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Education at the Administrative Services Center at 131 South Flood Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma, at any time during regular summer business hours, which are Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-3:15 PM
