Action Agenda - Individual items for discussion and action.  The Board may choose to take action on any item listed including motion to approve, motion to not approve, make a specific motion, take no action, table an item, or concur no action required.  Members may second a motion, cast a vote, or abstain.

3.A. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale

3.B. Board to receive bids for the $235,000 Building Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder

3.C. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of building bonds in the sum of $235,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; designating registrar and paying agent for this issue of bonds; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue

3.D. Board to consider and take action on a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2024 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986

3.E. Board to consider and take action to establish a Fund 86 Casualty/Flood Insurance Recovery Fund

3.F. Board to consider and take action to transfer $500,000.00 from Fund 21 Building Fund to Fund 86 Casualty/Flood Insurance Recovery Fund
