5.A. Approval of Minutes from the January 10th Special Board Meeting.

5.B. Approve the 2023-2024 General Fund purchase orders #213-216, and any change orders and special payroll items, including substitutes.

5.C. Approve the student college remediation and 7-12 drop out reports.

5.D. Approve the annual 8th grade class trip to Branson, MO in May.

6. Vote to approve CONSENT AGENDA

7. Discussion and /or vote on any items removed from the CONSENT AGENDA

8. Motion, discussion and vote to enter into executive session to conduct the annual evaluation of Dr. Shane Boothe, Superintendent and to discuss current special education staff and applications for paraprofessional opening(s) pursuant to Title 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act. 

9. Return to Open Session with Statement of Executive Session Minute.

10. GENERAL BUSINESS
Discussion and Vote to Approve, Disapprove, or Table the following:

10.A. A contract with GH2 to provide architectural services for the 2024 bond project, contingent upon the voters successfully passing said bond.

10.B. Agreement with Education Funding Consulting for the remainder of the current year at no cost and an agreement for the 2024-2025 school year to review and consult on school funding weights on a contingency basis. 

10.C. Review and possible action regarding bids for an access control system.
