2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETING ACT
(Specially scheduled meeting held February 26, 2021)

This specially scheduled meeting of the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board has been convened in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.

This meeting was preceded by advance notice of the date, time and place, filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State on February 18, 2021.

Notice of this meeting was also given at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting by posting notice of the date, time, place and agenda of the meeting by 2:00pm on February 24, 2021, on the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board website and at the principal office of the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board, located at 840 Research Parkway Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
  

3. OPENING COMMENTS, including comment related to the scheduled proceedings of Notice of Intent to Terminate with Epic One-on-One Charter School scheduled the week of March 8-12, 2021 - Chairman, Robert Franklin
