Discuss - Approve / Deny the creation of the 3rd Street Improvement District (SID) 2026-1 more legally described as: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 35, Original Town, also being the Point of Beginning; Thence southerly along the west line of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 35 Original Town, to a point at the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 35, Original Town; Thence easterly along the south line of Lot 3, Block 35, and Lot 4, Block 34, Original Town to a point at the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 34, Original town; Thence northerly along the east line of Lots 4, 5, and Lot 6, Block 34, Original Town to a point at the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 34, Original Town; Thence westerly along the north line of Lot 6, Block 34, and Lot 1, Block 35, Original Town to a point at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 35, Original Town, also being the Point of Beginning.
