Rationale:
Information on the lights damaged by wind at Krantz Field.

1.2.2. NDR Tree Grant
Rationale:
Blair Community Schools received a grant in the amount of $7,500 from the Papio-Missouri River NRD. The purpose of the grant is to replace dead trees for shade and noise buffers at our school sites. Trees will be replaced at these sites: Deerfield (4), South (6), North (1), West (1), Arbor Park (15), OMS (4), BHS (4). Trees will be purchased locally (Blair Garden Center) and will be planted during April and May.

1.2.3. Bus #16
Rationale:
Bus #16 is out of service. It has over 122,000 miles on it and the engine is "blown". Repair costs top overhaul the engine (two estimates) are approximately $20,000. Our recommendation is to explore two options, 1) sell the bus, and 2) salvage the bus. Information will be provided by Mr. Hall.

Rationale:
There are two lighting projects to bring to your attention for possible action - 1) BHS main gym and north mezinine, and 2) BHS auditorium "house lights". Information will be provided by Mr. Haith.

1.2.5. OBMS Expansion Joints
Rationale:
Information pertaining to roof, efface, and expansion joint issues causing water seepage into OMS will be shared by Mr. Haith.

1.2.6. Asbestos Inspection Company
Rationale:
Mr. Haith will update the committee on changes to our asbsestos abatement company and future services.
