8.7. Kitchen Hood Project - Contract Addendum
        Rationale:
Eileen Korth, Jackson, Jackson, & Associates Architect, has submitted an addendum to the contract for additional services for the architectural, mechanical, and electrical design work associated with the replacement of the existing Blair High School kitchen hood. The additional services were needed for this project but were not included in the original scope of services provided in the agreement.  The original agreement only included a fee of $500.00 from the structural engineer to perform analysis of the existing structure to support the weight of the new hood and rooftop unit.  The addendum is requesting the added fees for the additional design services that were above and beyond the original scope of work. Mrs. Korth coordinated the bids and supervised the project.  The total requested additional fees for the additional services are $19,250.
