In order to assure that persons who wish to appear before the Board of Education may be heard and, at the same time, conduct its meetings properly and efficiently, the Board adopts, as policy, the following procedures and rules pertaining to public participation at Board Meetings:

4. Board to discuss future plans regarding the football field, the show barn, and the rodeo arena.

5. Discussion, motion, and vote to approve/not approve the 2023-2024 FFA overnight trip schedule.

6. Discussion, motion, and vote to approve/not approve the Venue Contract with Buffalo Rock Golf & Venue in Cushing, OK., for Jr./Sr. Prom on April 26, 2024. 

7. Discussion, motion, and vote to approve/not approve joining the class action suit against McKinsey & Co., Inc., National Prescription Opiate Consultant Litigation in order to apply to the Public School District Opioid Recovery Trust for funds to help abate or mitigate the opioid crisis in the school district.

Mr. Garner-at the Junior High Basketball Tournament.
Mr. Kennedy-Benchmark Testing, Football will play in the 2nd round of the playoffs at Keota. Re-scheduled HS basketball games, Dec. 8th Band Concert Surveyed girls regarding fastpitch softball and volleyball. 74 out of 80 voted 30 for fastpitch, 30 for volleyball, and 14 for neither.
