E.1.a. A Coherent Path Forward: Reviewing the Draft Strategic Plan
Rationale:
The purpose of this workshop is to review the draft 2025-2030 Strategic Plan and understand how its major components; our current state, our systemwide strategy, and our measures of progress fit together as a coherent whole. This session will focus on the coherence of the plan: why systemwide action is needed, how the strategy promotes alignment across schools, and how progress will be monitored. The workshop is designed to gather feedback to strengthen clarity, alignment, and coherence in the next draft.
