7. Discussion and possible board action on repairing the road directly behind the Elementary School, with a total project cost of $40,000. This project is in conjunction with McClain Country. 450 tons Type B asphalt—$28000, 30 loads @ $50/load-fuel—$1500, and one 30ft Einhorn at $21.83/ft—$654.90.

8. Discussion and possible board action of policy EHBDBA-Parent Participation in the School District under the recommendation of OSSBA policy services.

9. Discussion and possible board action to raise the Child Nutrition Clerk stipend from $2000 to $4000
