8. Discussion and possible board action to approve breakfast and lunch prices for the 2022-2023 school year. Breakfast $1.90 (all grade levels), Lunch $3.10 (Elementary/ Intermediate) and $3.35 (Junior High and High School). Adult meals $2.30 (breakfast), $4.85 (Lunch), and $1.10 (snack).

10. Discussion and possible board action to approve a resolution to name Purcell Public School Foundation as an agent for the purpose of receiving donations on behalf of the Purcell Public Schools for the Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Tax Credit program. This is required yearly.
