1. Call to Order - Roll Call.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Discussion and possible board action to approve replacing the Elementary Cafeteria floor at a cost of $17,434.00 to Akin Brothers Flooring.  This project will be paid with Child Nutrition Funds.

4. Discussion and possible board action to replace Intermediate Cafeteria flooring at a cost of $27,257 to Akins Brothers Flooring.  This project will be paid with Child Nutrition Funds.  

5. Discussion and possible board action to approve painting the High School Cafeteria at a cost of $24,400.00 to Advanced Commercial Painting.  This project will be paid for with Child Nutrition Funds.

6. Discussion and possible board action to approve renovation and repair of the Education Station playground, including adding a shade and installation of synthetic turf with gravel base and padding, at a cost of $77,700.00.  This project will be paid for by Education Station activity funds and grant money from the Department of Human Services.  

7. Discussion and possible board action to approve sanding and repainting the logos and borders at the Reimer Center at a cost of $28,287.20 to Beckett Brothers Custom Floors.  This will be paid for from the Building Fund.

8. Consideration and vote to enter into executive session to discuss Recommended Hires, District Reassignments, and Resignations on attached Exhibit A

9. Acknowledge return to open session and statement of Executive Session minutes.

10. Discussion and possible board action to approve Recommended hires, District Reassignments, and Resignations on attached Exhibit A

11. Consideration of motion to adjourn.
