V.B. Discussion, consideration and vote to approve or disapprove the lowest responsible bids for the Jenks Early Childhood Center Project; and approve or disapprove the assignment of the bids to LD Kerns Contractors for the execution of the Jenks Early Childhood Center.

V.B.1. LD Kerns is serving as the Construction Manager. Total Cost is $3,445,499.53.
V.C. Discussion, consideration and vote to approve, disapprove, or modify changes made to the District Student/Parent and Staff handbooks for the 2012-2013 school year.
