IV.A. Statement of procedures for the hearing will be read by the Board President.
IV.B. Initial presentation by Superintendent or Superintendent's designee of the statutory causes, underlying facts and explanation of evidence supporting the Superintendent's recommendation for nonrenewal. (30 minute limit)
IV.C. Initial presentation by career teacher or career teacher's designee in opposition to Superintendent's nonrenewal recommendation. (30 minute limit)
IV.D. Presentation of rebuttal statement, if any, by Superintendent or the Superintendent's designee. (15 minute limit)
IV.E. Presentation of surrebuttal statement, if any, by career teacher or career teacher's designee. (15 minute limit)
IV.F. Relevant questions by Board members or Superintendent's designee or any relevant administrative representative. (15 minute limit.)
IV.G. Relevant questions by Board members or teacher's designee or teacher. (15 minute limit.)
IV.H. Consideration, possible motion and vote to convene in executive session, pursuant to Title 25, O.S. (2001) 307.B.1. to discuss and deliberate on the proposed nonrenewal of the employment contract of Janiene Oliver.
IV.I. Executive session.
IV.J. Motion and vote to acknowledge the Board's return to open session.
IV.K. Statement by Board President of executive session minutes.
IV.L. Vote to accept or reject the Superintendent's recommendation to nonrenew the employment contract of Janiene Oliver. (If the motion is to accept the Superintendent's recommendation, then the motion will set forth a statement of nonrenewal and the statutory cause(s) and underlying facts which
IV.M. justify the nonrenewal.)
IV.N. Motion and vote on motion to accept any employee resignations that have been submitted since the last Board of Education meeting. (The Board of Education reserves the right, pursuant to Title 25, O.S. (2001) 307.B.1. to vote to go into executive session to discuss any tendered resignation.
IV.O. If the Board does go into executive session, it will then follow items I, J, and K.)
