Consider and take action to approve an Out-of-State Student Trip Request for the ACT to travel to Denver, Colorado to compete in an NIETOC National Tournament.
Receive information and vote to approve or not approve bids received for the purchase of new school buses, as a part of the November 14, 2017 bond election.

Proposed Executive Session to "discuss" items listed followed by a vote to convene into Executive Session:
Board President to declare Executive Session complete followed by a motion and vote to acknowledge the Board's return to open session and the meeting being reopened to the public.
Board President to provide the Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in Executive Session, items discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.
Consider and take action to approve the employment of a speech pathologist for the 2018-2019 school year.
Consider and take action to approve the employment of a custodian at Lincoln Elementary, a non-certified support position.
Consider and take action to approve the retirement request of Mark Linney, Social Studies Teacher, Ardmore High School at the conclusion of the school year.
