Motion, discussion and vote to approve or not approve a compromise settlement with the Parents of Student "A" in the amount of $1,080.00 to resolve the compensatory speech language serves ordered by the Hearing Officer in DPH 2093, State Department of Education.
Consider and take action to approve employment for the following certified positions for FY19:
Consider and take action to approve Summer School employment.
Consider and take action to approve the retirement requests received from Geno Castagnoli [Science Teacher at Ardmore High School] & Leonard Sanders [Paraprofessional at Ardmore High School]
Consider and take action to renew the employment contracts of the following career certified staff members for the 2018-2019 school year, subject to a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employee. All staff members are subject to reassignment. These staff members have submitted their intent to return to Ardmore City Schools and have valid teaching certificates on file in the Human Resources Office for FY19.
Consider and take action to renew the employment contracts of the following certified personnel (who have completed one half year with the district) for an additional one year temporary contract for the 2018-2019 school year, subject to a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employee. All staff members are subject to reassignment. These staff members have submitted their intent to return to Ardmore City Schools and have valid teaching certificates on file in the Human Resources Office for FY19.
Consider and take action to renew the employment contract of the following certified personnel (who has completed her first year with the district) for an additional one year temporary contract for the 2018-2019 school year, subject to a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employee. All staff members are subject to reassignment. This staff member has submitted her intent to return to Ardmore City Schools and has a valid teaching certificate on file in the Human Resources Office for FY19.
Consider and take action to renew the employment contract of the following certified personnel (who has completed two school years with the district) for the 2018-2019 school year only, subject to a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employ. All staff members are subject to reassignment. This staff member has submitted her intent to return to Ardmore City Schools and has a valid teaching certificate on file in the Human Resources Department for FY19.
Consider and take action to renew the employment contracts of the following certified personnel (who have completed one year under emergency certification with the district) for an additional one year temporary contract for the 2018-2019 school year, subject to approval of one year emergency certification extension by the Oklahoma State Department of Education; a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employee. All staff members are subject to reassignment. These staff members have submitted their intent to return to Ardmore City Schools.
Consider and take action to renew the employment contracts of the following non-certified support staff for the 2018-2019 school year, subject to a fully executed and mutually agreeable employment contract as to each employee. All staff members are subject to reassignment. These staff members have submitted their intent to return to Ardmore City Schools for FY19.
