Agenda
1. Call to order and roll call of members; establish quorum.
2. Motion and Vote to employ attorney Mark Rains or an alternate attorney to serve as the board's legal advisor in connection with personnel hearings before the board of education.
3. Due Process Hearing for Laurelle Wilson, a Temporary Teacher.
The board president, or designee, will convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties and administer an oath to all individuals who will testify.  Upon the request of either party, the president may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination.  A party to the proceeding and his designee shall not be excluded.
4. Opening statement by Superintendent or designee. 
5. Opening statement by Laurelle Wilson or designee.
6. Presentation of Superintendent's witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Ms. Wilson, or designee.
7. Questions by board members or board's counsel may be asked following the presentation of each witness.
8. Presentation of Ms. Wilson's witnesses and evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Superintendent, or designee.
9. Questions by board members or board's counsel may be asked following the presentation of each witness.
10. Presentation of rebuttal witnesses and evidence, as necessary.
11. Closing argument by Superintendent or designee.
12. Closing argument by Ms. Wilson or designee.
13. Motion and vote to convene in Executive Session as authorized by OKLA. STAT. tit. 25 § 307 (B)(1) to deliberate on the recommended dismissal of Ms. Wilson.
13.1. Executive session of the board.
13.2. Motion to vote to return to open session.
13.3. Board President's statement of executive session minutes. 
14. Motion and vote on motion to accept or reject the Superintendent's recommendation of dismissal of Ms. Wilson and findings of fact upon which the board's decision is based.
15. Motion and vote on motion to accept any employee resignations that have been submitted since the last board of education meeting.  The board reserves the right, pursuant to OKLA.STAT. tit.25 §307(b)(1) to vote to convene in executive session, it will then consider a motion and vote to convene in executive session following items 13.1, 13.2, and 13.3 of the agenda.
